Rest Expert

Prerequisites: Constitution 13 or higher
You’ve trained yourself to get the most out of your downtime, whether spent awake or asleep. None shall challenge you in the art of relaxation!

  • After you complete a short rest, gain advantage on your first hit die roll.
  • After you complete a long rest, gain 1 d20 hit die. This die expires when you begin your next long rest.
  • After you spend at least 1 hour resting, add +1 on your next saving throw for each full hour spent resting, to a maximum of +8.
  • If your short or long rest is interrupted, gain temporary hit points equal to your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier.
