SgtLion makes many good formatting and typographical edits. I believe he can be trusted with the admin tools, and has been given temporary rights in the past. If he can move without redirect, delete and use bots he can improve the wiki more efficiently. Marasmusine (talk) 06:18, 11 November 2013 (MST)
- Candidates Prelude
- Questions for the candidate
Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve D&D Wiki in this capacity. Please take the time to answer a few generic questions to provide guidance for voters:
- 1. What sysop chores do you anticipate helping with? Please read the page about administrators and the administrators' reading list on Wikipedia before answering.
- A: Moving pages to their correct ID spaces and actually getting to suppress redirects at will, deleting unneeded redirects among other obvious deletion candidates (I try not to be controversial, especially in regards to deletion), fixing typos I see in OGL Protected Content, and while I'm still learning about it, I'd love to make use of autowikibrowser/bots. I already write Python programs to assist my work on the wiki, but it doesn't mean that much without automated editing too.
- I like to think my contributions to this wiki are helpful in a way that improves its quality, usability and organization in various ways. So I'd also be considering new ways to improve the wiki, bringing them up and discussing the ideas, and, hopefully, moving them into the light of reality.

- 2. Of your articles or contributions to D&D Wiki, are there any with which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- A: To answer unorthodoxly, I guess, I'm pretty proud of successfully creating a list of articles that require moving. While the list is certainly incomplete and has false positives, I'm getting closer to an immaculateness every day. While I love the creative content of this wiki and do my best to contribute creatively where I can, I certainly excel in the more technical areas moreso.
- 3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- A: To my knowledge, I have never been in an edit conflict or any kind of argument. I do my best to make clear edit summaries, and when it feels like anyone does an issue with me, I always do my best to make sure my goodwill is well expressed and to be as patient as can be.

- SgtLion has shown great aptitude with various projects across D&D Wiki, and through these projects improved D&D Wiki in various ways. His edits are all good edits, and I find that he is very capable as an admin with his temporary tasks. He will make a great admin. --Green Dragon (talk) 03:22, 12 November 2013 (MST)
- SgtLion is doing a lot of good work and as a level head. I believe adding them on as an admin will be a net benefit to the wiki. Tivanir (talk) 11:32, 13 November 2013 (MST)
