Reliable Talent (5e Feat)

Reliable talent
You are consistent in your ability to execute a given task. You gain the following benefits:
- Increase one ability score of your choice by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Choose two skills in which you have proficiency. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses either of the chosen proficiencies. The skills you choose must be one that isn't already benefiting from a feature, such as Expertise, that doubles your proficiency bonus.
- Whenever you make a check with the chosen skills, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
