Saving Throws Con +13, Wis +9
Immutable Form. Regice is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.
Magic Weapons. Regice's weapon attacks are magical.
Magic Resistance. Regice has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Clear Body. Regice is immune to any effect that would cause it to gain disadvantage on attack rolls, ability checks, or saving throws.
Ice Body. Any creature that starts its turn within 5 feet of Regice takes 5 (2d4) cold damage.
Damage Threshold. Regice has immunity to all damage unless it takes an amount of damage that equals or exceeds 10.
Multiattack. Regice makes three Ice Beam attacks or three Ice Punch attacks. Alternatively, it makes one Blizzard attack or one Frost Bomb attack, and one Ice Beam attack or one Ice Punch attack.
Ice Beam. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (4d8 + 7) cold damage.
Ice Punch. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) cold damage.
Blizzard (Recharge 5-6). Ranged Spell Attack: +13 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 33 (6d8 + 6) cold damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 21 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn.
Frost Bomb (Recharge 5-6). Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 28 (5d8 + 6) cold damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or fall prone.
Superpower (1/day). Regice regains 100 hit points. Until the end of it next turn, it has disadvantage on all attack rolls, and attack rolls against it have advantage.
