Traits[edit]

   Static: Whenever Riachu is hit by a melee attack, there is a 30% chance that the attacker will be paralyzed.
   Lightning Rod: Riachu has advantage on saving throws against Lightning-type attacks, and it takes no damage from Lightning-type attacks.

Actions[edit]

   Tail Slap. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage.
   Spark. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one target.
