It is a Ragamuffin: Sooooooo Tasty!

Ragamuffin: Appearing as a ruffled napkin with a cartoonish image of a muffin sewn into one side, the Ragamuffin contains a delectable surprise. When crumpled up into a firm ball, the napkin magically changes into 2d4 miniature muffins of assorted flavors and textures, all of which are wonderfully tasty.

Each muffin provides nourishment as if it were a normal meal for a Medium creature. The muffin also cures 1d8+1 points of damage.

Furthermore, consuming a muffin dispels any magical effects reducing one of the subject’s ability scores or cures 1d4 points of temporary ability damage to one of the subject’s ability scores. It also eliminates any fatigue suffered by the character, and improves an exhausted condition to fatigued. It does not restore permanent ability drain.
