Quirked Human (5e Race Variant)
From D&D Wiki
Human (my hero academia)[edit]
Physical Description[edit]
On the surface, most appear as normal humans, but those with quirks come in all shapes and sizes. Some with quirks even look completely different, having horns, excessive hair or fur, arms and legs, or perhaps they look like an animal such as a seal, frog, or even an orca.
History[edit]
At one point, humans were no more than what they had been for thousands of years, but that changed when quirks first appeared. It is said that the first person to have a quirk could control and manipulate light, and when they were born the heavens themselves shone on them. After that, quirks began to manifest all over the world, each one different in one way or another. Humans had finally evolved to be even more. It was a bright new age for humans. One that sparked heroes and innovation, a whole world of possibilities. But naturally, with any good comes the bad. Villains became more prevalent, people used their powers to destroy, ruin lives, and cause mayhem. It still goes on to this day, but promising new heroes come out of the woodwork every day. Eventually, there may come a day when the villainous are finally stopped once and for all, but as of now it seems impossible.
Society[edit]
Quirked humans are like any other human, except they may have super strength or the ability to control fire. Most quirked humans spend a portion of their lives training, learning, and going through legal channels to become a hero. Heroes spend their lives stopping disasters, fighting villains, and saving people. However, no ordinary person can do all this, as they must train hard and earn a hero licence. Other quirked humans however, may lead normal lives like anyone else or join into underground gangs and use their powers as villains. Villains live in total secret, hiding in the shadows, planning and scheming. Some villains live by codes or ideals, such as the idea that certain heroes are not worthy of the title, while other villains are purely chaotic and seek simply to destroy.
Human(my hero academia) Names[edit]
Quirked humans typically have regular human names, but will usually also have a code name that they are often referred by when doing heroic work or villainous deeds. Although it is not completely unheard of for a hero or villain to use their actual name.
