Saving Throws Con +6, Wis +6 Innate Spellcasting. The Queen of Twisted Hearts' innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 19). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components: At will: Charm Person, Vicious Mockery ACTIONSCursed Whip. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d6 + 6) bludgeoning damage, plus 27 (6d6 + 6) psychic damage. Anyone that The Queen of Twisted Hearts whips must make a DC 10 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for 1 hour. Lovers Quarrel The Queen of Twisted Hearts possesses the ring of Lovers Quarrel. As a bonus action she may cast either Touched by Love or Gaze of War, without expanding a charge from the ring. Face of Beauty. The Queen of Twisted Hearts exposes her face, forcing a creature that can see her within 5 feet of her to make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, the target is stunned and must make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw take 2d10 points of psychic damage. The target can make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw at the start of each of its turns, ending the stunning effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw against the stunning effect is successful or the effect ends early, the creature is immune to the Queen of Twisted Hearts' Face of Beauty for the next 24 hours. After the 24 hours is up any creature that saw Queen of Twisted Hearts' face forgets what it looked like. Cursed Cards. The Queen of Twisted Hearts has a royal Deck of Many Things (13 face cards), that has been altered to summon one card from the Deck Of Many Things (Magical Item).

A black veil obscures the face of this pale woman. She wears a black dress and several pieces of extravagant ruby jewelry. In her past life she was a young, beautiful witch, who used her magical powers and charm others and act as a love doctor. But after the Prince of Newford denied her courtship, she suck vengeance against him. Using all of her power she forged a magical ring that would allow her to control the emotions of others. With this, she forced the Prince of Newford to fall in love with her, whom she then brutally killed shortly after their wedding. Afterward, she rose to power as the Queen of Newford. She kept the kingdom under and iron fist, using her powers to "play god" and mess with the emotions of others for fun. Her seven future husbands became known as the Bladed Cards, sworn to protect her at all costs. Due to constant invasions by tribes in the surrounding lands, Newford crumbled and the she was executed along with her followers. The surviving townspeople marked her grave: "The cursed Queen of Twisted Hearts" and buried her with the ring. Years later she was brought back to life by Dolos, the trickster god, to rid the world of all those who wronged her. To this day she roams the ruins of Newford, cursing anyone who comes her way. |
