Puonpai the Abomination[edit]
Puonpai is an intermediate deity in the Fortress Celestia setting, and is worshipped by all manner of strange creatures, especially abberatons and demons.
Dogma[edit]
Puonpai seeks to free the beings of chaotic evil from the blight that calls itself good, through acts of abomination, destruction, and pollution.
Clergy and Temples[edit]
Puonpai's places of worship are not recognizable as temples by most beings. They are places of pollution and filth and are used temporary. His clergy dress in disgusting rags.
Pantheon[edit]
Puonpai was created for the Fortress Celestia setting, as the "Starscream" of the pantheon, but DM's are welcome to "borrow" this deity or any elements of this description for their own purposes.
Roleplaying Notes[edit]
Puonpai has no true form. It is a formless, flowing mass of liquid flesh. A Cthulu-esque cosmic horror, a being of pure chaotic evil, Puonpai hates most other creatures not of Chaotic Evil alignment and seeks to corrode their influence on its home realms. It has allied itself with the devils merely as an expedient way of ridding itself interference from the celestials. Currently Puonpai seeks to advance in rank to Greater Deity status. The irony is that puonpai now finds itself aiding a being of law while fighting beings of good who would be willing to negotiate with Puonpai. But Puonpai is too consumed with hatred to consider compromise.
