Psych Level 5 Poison
This poisonous powder is dangerous, but tempting. It has the effect of sending the imbiber into an unstopable rage a well as severely damaging the imbiber's body.
Poison 50 gp
Power (Consumable Star.gif Poison): Attack: +8 Vs. Fortitude; Ongoing 5 poison damage, and a +2 bonus to will defense and saving throws against fear effects (save ends both).
First Failed Save: +1 bonus to strength based skill checks, attack rolls and damage rolls, and ongoing 10 poison damage, and immunity to fear effects (save ends both).
Second Failed Save: +2 bonus to strength based skill checks, attack rolls and damage rolls, and ongoing 15 poison damage, and immunity to fear effects (save ends both).
Aftereffect: The target is stunned (save ends).
Special: This poison works only when it is consumed.
