Psionic Master
Prerequisites: Intelligence of 13 or higher, Psionic Energy dice
Your psychic powers were honed to near-perfection by countless training sessions and real battles. You gain the following benefits:
- When you expend Psionic Energy die and roll it, you can treat any rolled ones as two.
- When you roll for initiative and lack any of your Psionic Energy dice, you regain one die.
- When you expend a Psionic Energy die and roll maximal amount possible on the die, you regain a number of hit points equal to your Intelligence modifier.
- If you expend Psionic Energy die and force a creature to make a saving throw, you can impose disadvantage on that saving throw by expending another Psionic Energy die. You can impose disadvantage on the saving throw for only one creature, even if you force multiple creatures to make saving throws. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
