Prophet of the Night Skies[edit]

Prerequisite: Any arcane class
You have studied the patterns of the stars, becoming a talented astronomer. You are able to interpret the signs predicted by the heavens and fortell the fates of others. Using this ability, you weave fate with your hands, manipulating the futures of those around you. Your words are those of prophecy, making you capable of ensuring all that you foresee.
Prophet of the Night Skies Path Features[edit]
- Prophetic Action (11th Level): When you spend an action point to take an extra action, choose an enemy within 5 squares of you. The next time that target makes an attack against you or an ally, you may have that target reroll the attack.
- Fatebinder (11th Level): Whenever an enemy misses you or an ally with an attack, you and your allies gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls against that enemy until the end of your next turn.
- Words of Prophecy (16th Level): Whenever you hit an enemy with a daily power, the target becomes dazed (save ends) and takes a -5 penalty to saving throws(save ends).
