Practiced Operator [General]
You've honed your mind and learned to pilot a mech or gunship into battle without the use of a targeting computer.
Prerequisite: Profession: Pilot as a class skill.
Benefit: While operating your mech or gunship, you may use your Intelligence modifier for ranged attack rolls rather than the mech or gunship's dexterity, even if you do not have an onboard targeting computer.
Normal: Add your dexterity modifier to ranged attack rolls.
