Power Level Sensing [General]
Harness the power of Ki to sense and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of your foes.
Prerequisite: None
Benefit: You have unlocked the potential within, allowing you to sense and analyze the Power Level (PL) of any creature within 60 feet. Your base Power Level is 5.
Sensory Insight (Su): As a standard action, you can concentrate your Ki to sense the Power Level of a creature within 60 feet. Make an Intelligence check (DC 3 + the target's Intelligence modifier). On a successful check, you know the target's exact Power Level.
Ki Disruption (Su): If your Power Level is less than half of the target's Power Level, the target must make an Intelligence or Wisdom saving throw (DC 10 + half your character level + your Wisdom modifier) or be stunned for 1 round. This ability can only be used once per long rest.Normal: Without this feat, characters cannot measure or analyze Power Levels.
Special: This feat is suitable for campaigns where a power scaling system is desired. The Dungeon Master may adjust the prerequisites and benefits based on the campaign setting.
