Potara Earrings (5e Equipment)

Wondrous item, Legendary (requires attunement) Crafted and used by an extremely isolated race of gods, the potara earrings hold the ability to fuse two individuals into a single superbeing. Fusion. If two living creatures, that are not constructs, undead, or elementals, of the same size category wear one earring of the same set on opposite ears, they fly toward each other at 60 feet per round (6 seconds). Once they are within 5 feet of each other, they fuse. There are two kinds of potara earings, the first lasting for 1 hour, and the other fusing permanently. A fused creature has the following statistics: They have the best ability scores and best hit points of each creature with the fused creature's Strength, Dexterity and Constitution scores increased by +12. They have every feature its constituents have. They have the equipment and inventory of both creatures. Both creatures must come to a decision before their fusion makes any action. The fusion gains the Fusion Attack technique.
