Innate Spellcasting. Poison Ivy's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14). Poison Ivy can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: druidcraft
3/day each: entangle, goodberry
1/day each: barkskin, pass without trace, shillelagh

Spellcasting. Poison Ivy is a 4th level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 12, +4 to hit with spell attacks). She has the following druid spells prepared:

Cantrips (at will): mold earth, poison spray, primal savagery, thorn whip
1st level (4 slots): charm person, detect poison or diseases, earth tremor, snare
2nd level (3 slots): earthbind, locate animals or plants, spike growth

Magic Resistance. Poison Ivy has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Tree Stride. Once on her turn, Poison Ivy can use 10 feet of her movement to step magically into one living tree within her reach and emerge from a second living tree within 60 feet of the first tree, appearing in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the second tree. Both trees must be large or bigger.

Speak with Plants. Poison Ivy can communicate with plants as if they have a shared language.

ACTIONS

Fey Charm. Poison Ivy targets one humanoid or beast that she can see within 30 feet of her. If the target can see her, they must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or be magically charmed. The charmed creature regards Poison Ivy as a trusted friend to be heeded and protected. Although the target isn't under Poison Ivy's control, it takes her requests or actions in the most favorable way it can. Each time she or her allies do anything harmful to the target, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success. Otherwise, the effect lasts 24 hours or until Poison Ivy dies, is on a different plane of existence from the target, or ends the effect as a bonus action. If a target's saving throw is successful, the target is immune to Fey Charm for the next 24 hours. Poison Ivy can have no more than one humanoid and up to three beasts charmed at a time.

Animate Trees. Poison Ivy magically animates one or two trees she can see within 60 feet of her. These trees have the same statistics as a Treant, except they have Intelligence and Charisma score of 1, they can't speak, and they have only the Slam action option. An animated tree acts as an ally of Poison Ivy. The tree remains animate for 1 day or until it dies, Poison Ivy is more than 120 feet from the tree, or she takes a bonus action to turn it back into an inanimate tree.
