Blood Frenzy. The Piranhax has advantage on all melee attack rolls against any creature that doesn't have all its hit points.

Water Breathing. The Piranhax can only breathe underwater.

ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4) piercing damage.

Water Cannon (Recharge 5-6). The Piranhax shoots a beam of magical water in a 30-foot line. Each creature in that area must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking 6 (2d6) force damage on a failed save, and half as much on a successful one.

A Piranhax is an enlarged, piranha-like creature that inhabits most bodies of water throughout the world. Despite being similar to a piranha, they aren't known to attack without reason. While there are stronger members of the Piranhax species, this is a good representation for the average Piranhax you would encounter in the wild.
