Awful Fright. The pink elephant's Frightful Presence ignores immunity to the frightened condition. A creature that is frightened of the pink elephant must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw at the start of its turn or take 5 (2d4) psychic damage.

Incorporeal Movement. The pink elephant can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.

Protean Form. The pink elephant has advantage on saving throws against spells and magical effects that would alter its form. If it fails a saving throw against such an effect, it can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns until it succeeds.

Selective Invisibility. The pink elephant is invisible to any creature that is not suffering from the poisoned condition or at least one level of exhaustion.

ACTIONS

Dreadful Touch. Melee Spell Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) psychic damage.

Frightful Presence. Each creature of the pink elephant's choice that is within 60 feet of it and aware of it must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of the pink elephant for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, that creature is immune to the pink elephant’s frightful presence for the next 24 hours.

What a Sight! (Recharge 6). The pink elephant briefly shapeshifts into a nightmarish form. Each creature within 30 feet of the pink elephant that can see it must make a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw, taking 11 (2d10) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature that is frightened of the pink elephant has disadvantage on this saving throw.

BONUS ACTIONS

Summon Pink Elephants (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). The pink elephant magically summons 3 (1d4 + 1) other pink elephants. The summoned elephants appear in unoccupied spaces within 10 feet of the pink elephant. A pink elephant summoned this way retains the ability to summon other pink elephants. A pink elephant summoned by another pink elephant is not an ally of its summoner and acts according to its own whims.

Long thought to be nothing but the mad ravings of drunkards and the sleep-deprived, pink elephants are quite real. These ghostly pachyderms materialize as if from thin air to bedevil those who can see them with frightfully whimsical antics.

Invisible Enigmas. Under normal circumstances, a pink elephant cannot be seen with the naked eye. A natural glamour masks these protean creatures from ordinary sight. It is not flawless, however, for those who are fatigued or intoxicated can see through the illusion and perceive a pink elephant in all its strange glory.

Pachyderm Prankster. Pink elephants can tell when someone is able to see them, and they delight in performing strange and unsettling acts before their addled audience. They warp and reshape their bodies in impossible ways that the humanoid mind struggles to accept, occasionally frightening the unfortunate onlookers to death. Such deaths are seldom intentional, though the elephants are seldom troubled when they occur.
Pink elephants prefer to target lone drunkards or small groups of weary, unfocused travelers. When their audience includes sober and alert people, the elephants take care not to take any action that would draw such people's attention. This can result in a drunkard's companions writing off their terrified reactions to the elephant's antics as simple hallucinations brought on by too much alcohol.
