When you make a Wisdom (Perception) check before the start of your next turn, you can roll a d4 and add the number rolled to the check. You can also see through solid matter within range until the start of your next turn, but this is limited to 1 foot of solid material, 1 inch of common metal, and a thin sheet of lead.
The die size increases to a d6 when you reach 5th level, a d8 when you reach 11th level, and a d10 when you reach 17th level.
