Soul Read. The telethia magically emits a 40-foot aura of psychic energy. When a creature within the aura makes an attack roll against the telethia, it must first succeed on a DC 13 Intelligence, Wisdom or Charisma saving throw (attacker's choice) or have disadvantage on the attack roll. Creatures that are immune to psychic damage or being charmed automatically succeed on the saving throw.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The telethia makes three attacks: two with its claws and one with its tail.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) slashing damage.

Telethia Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target Hit: 8 (1d10 + 3) bludgeoning damage and the target must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Telethia Attack (Recharge 4-6). The telethia uses one of the following attacks:

Telethia Arrow. The telethia fires a blast of energy at one creature within 60 feet of it. The target must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 18 (4d8) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Shockwave. The telethia releases electrified ether in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 11 (2d10) lightning damage and is paralyzed until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't paralyzed.
