Beast Boost. When Pheromosa reduces a hostile creature to 0 hit points, its speed increases by 30 ft., and it can make an additional kick attack as part of its multiattack. This bonus is cumulative, but resets when Pheromosa takes a long rest.

Blurred Movement. Attack rolls against Pheromosa have disadvantage unless it is incapacitated or restrained.

Evasion. If Pheromosa is subjected to an effect that allows it to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, it instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if it fails.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Pheromosa makes three kick attacks.

Kick. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, Pheromosa can choose one of the following effects:

  • The target takes an additional 4 (1d8) damage.
  • If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone.
  • The target must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until Pheromosa's next turn.

Pheromosa is known among the Ultra beasts for its unparalleled speed and agility. It can sometimes appear to be in two places at once. As it defeats it enemies, its attacks become quicker and quicker until it is little more than a blur of movement.
