Persistent Spell (5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
Persistent Spell
Prerequisites: the ability to cast spells, spell casting ability score of 13 or higher
Frustrated with how often you spells are countered you've honed one spell to be difficult to counter. When you pick this feat, pick a spell that you can already cast. Whenever someone were to counterspell that spell as you're casting it, they must roll an Intelligence(Arcana) check against your own Intellegence(Arcana) check at advantage, with a bonus equal to the spell level it's being casted at. If the person trying to counterspell your spell wins the contested check they successfully counterspell you spell, otherwise the counterspell doesnt work and any resources spent trying on the counterspell are wasted. This feat can only be taken once.
