Perception Filter (3.5e Equipment)

Perception Filter: Usually a cloak or a necklace, a perception filter item make the subject significantly harder to see or focus on. These items provide a +10 bonus to Hide and Move Silently checks, as well as adding +5 bonus to AC as it is harder to focus on the wearer as a target.
