Enigmatic beings who crave the power of gods are a common group, but almost none gain their ideal godly powers. Paul Mustache, a humble Dragonborn Warlock successfully gained this power. They became God of Torture after receiving a powerful Wish, but at a cost: few revere or worship Paul Mustache, most fear or loathe him.
Paul Mustache has ties within the Fey world; as an adventurer they had a patron in the Queen of Air and Darkness, who has a great distaste for them. Besides this, Paul Mustache walks along realms with other adventures.
Paul Mustache's bodily features are widely unknown, as they wear a cloak constantly. Only a handful have witnessed his face alone, the very sight making them insane.
Paul Mustache is not considered a deity by many (if not all) the gods. However due to technical wording and bestowed godship, they count.
