Parkourist (5e Feat)

Prerequisites: Dex 15 or higher, Str 12 or higher, proficiency in the Acrobatics skill.
Athletic and make to be quick on your feet, you can traverse the environment faster than most. You gain the following benefits:
Non-magical difficult terrain and climbing no longer costs extra movement to move through whenever you take the Dash action.
Your running jump distance doubles, and only takes half the distance movement from your remaining movement in the turn.
You can move across a wall horizontally as though you were climbing vertically if the wall is at least twice your height.
You can vault over obstacles up to waist height as though it is difficult terrain. If that obstacle is an enemy, they take 1d4 bludgeoning damage and cannot take reactions until the beginning of their next turn.
