Paradox Rift (5e Spell)

Make a melee spell attack against a creature you can reach. On a hit, a creature takes 1d10 necrotic damage as a paradox forms around them making them be briefly nonexistent. The damage must be cured magically. If it isn't cured with magic, it won't heal.
At Higher Levels. This spell's damage increases by 1d10 when you reach the 5th level (2d10), 11th level (3d10), and 17th level (4d10).
