Overcharged Lightning

Prerequisites: Spellcasting or Pact Magic feature, ability to deal lightning damage
Your practiced electromancy is far more dangerous than the average lighting bolt.

When you expend a spell slot to deal lightning damage to a creature, it must succeed on a Constitution saving throw. The DC is equal to 8 + your spellcasting modifier + your proficiency bonus. On a fail, the creature is paralyzed until the end of its next turn.

Additionally, when you deal lightning damage to a creature, all creatures within 5 ft of the target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a fail, the target takes half of the lightning damage rolled. if you use a Lightning damage to deal aria of effect damage (like call Lightning) you all creatures witch fail the save take additional 2d8 lightning damage.
