Prerequisites: Proficiency with Cook’s Utensils
Various spills, burns, and cuts while cooking have built up an endurance to many damages on your hands.

• Increase your Constitution by 1, to a maximum of 20.

• Once per long rest, you may cast the Absorb Elements spell.

• Your hands and forearms have resistance to Acid, Cold, Fire, and Slashing damage.

• You can handle burning, corrosive, or frozen items for up to 1 minute without taking any damage.

• You roll 1d4 instead of the normal damage for an unarmed strike.
