Orator
Prerequisites: Charisma 14 or higher, proficiency in Persuasion and Deception
You are skilled at making speeches, especially ones which affect people's feelings and beliefs, you can turn anyone into an ally and inspire them. You gain the following benefits:
- Your Charisma score increases by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You gain Expertise in either Persuasion or Deception and proficiency in Performance.
- When using Persuasion or Deception on more than 3+ targets, you may add +5 to your rolls.
