Oaktopi are amphibious, living plants who hail from the Swamp of Oblivion. They are a nice reprieve from the dangers of the Plane of Ooze, though their deep, rumbling tones do help to set an ominous tone. Their roots are actually tentacles that they use to walk and propel themselves through the muddy waters.
