Level Adjustment: -
  1. Mutable type: The secondary subtype is replaced with the most recent elemental type of fire, cold, acid, or electricity. As a full round action, the ooze can change this type.
  2. From a frankly unreasonable size, it has developed resistances as a swarm of Tiny size creatures. Exception to Distraction's DC, etc.
  3. Multiple underflow errors from its tremendous size resulted in a positive initiative, HD/2+5

Combat[edit]

Broken Teleport Wand (Su): As a move action, the OOZe can teleport 500 feet or 1100 feet vertically. Creatures and (occupied) items can resist with a DC 15 Spellcraft (untrained) check. This ability occurs before any ability that starts at the beginning of thee OOZe's turn.

Wandstealer (Su): Spelltrigger items or scrolls destroyed by this OOZe are discharged at the rate of 1 charger per round as a non-action. Elemental spell subtypes take the current mutable type. Damage from this bypasses DR/Resist of the OOZe. This must be used if possible, even if the spell would fail.

This ability can be counterspelled.
