Novice Copy [General]

Prerequisite: Uchiha,Two-Tomoe Sharingan feat, 3rd level

Benefit: you can swap one attack power you know for one attack power of the same level or lower that a subject of your one-tomoe sharingan (or higher) has used. This cannot be a racial power. You must rest to recover this power before you can use it. (this levels up to level 7 then after you need Acolyte Copy to copy more higher ones)
