Noctra[edit]
Alignment. Lawful Good
Domains. Darkness, Night, Moon
Divine Rank. Greater Deity
Noctra is the goddess of darkness created when Barensu the god of balance created the elemental deities to help control the natures of his new world An'evor. However, unlike the other elemental deities Noctra and her twin Solé goddess of light were created as one deity of time known as Tempa. Tempa facing too much pressure from the people of An'evor split herself in two to be able to help people on both sides of the world at once.
Noctra is a goddess who like her sister likes to stay peaceful however unlike Solé she encourages her followers to learn self defence and will punish those who harm her followers. She gives her followers the power to see in the darkest places. her followers are typically younger women and men who would rather live a life for fun at night that a serious life during the day.
When one of her followers was corrupting her image into a sadistic merciless goddess, the priest of her temple personally went with a drink to talk some sense into the crazed man. However, the man pulled a scythe and killed the priest. Noctra was watching and she took the crazed mans scythe, put her energy into it to revive her priest, making him immortal (however, he aged as a side effect), before banishing the crazed man to a remote island until he died.
She goes to the mortal world twice a year for the light and darkness festivals on the equinoxes unless her followers are in trouble.
She is pictured as a dark-skinned and dark-haired younger girl in a black dress whose skin seems to absorb the light around it.
