Necrotic Mastery

Prerequisites: Ability to cast necromancy spells
Increase in Ability Score: Increase your Charisma or Constitution by 1, to a maximum of 20. Necrotic Healing: Whenever you deal necrotic damage to a creature, you regain hit points equal to half the necrotic damage dealt (rounded up). Enhanced Necrotic Damage: Once per turn, when you deal necrotic damage with a spell or melee attack, you can add your Charisma modifier to the damage dealt.
