Necrotic Master

Prerequisites: The ability to cast a spell that deals necrotic damage.
Rot your foes and bring them to an early grave.

Once per turn, when you deal necrotic damage to an enemy with a spell, you can force the target to make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC or become rotting until the start of your next turn. While rotting, a creature takes an extra die of damage from all sources.
