Namekian are an extremely resilient race and capable of healing themselves and regenerating body parts instantly.

Namekians are an extremely resilient race, capable of surviving nearly any damage to their anatomy and able to regrow it instantly, provided at least that their brains are intact and they retain enough energy.

You gain more control over you Namekain body and benefit from your races powerful regeneration factor, that's known around the galaxy.

• You have a powerful regeneration factor that you can draw on to Recover from harm. You can use a action to regain hit points equal to 1d8 + your total class level. Once you use this, you must finish a short or long rest before you can use it again.
• When you use Limb Regeneration, the Hit Die expended recovers hit points as normal.
