Multi-round burst[edit]
This is intend for modern weapons
A weapon with this property can fire a certain amount of bullets per attack which uses that many bullets. This makes it so you make the amount of attacks equal to the amount of bullets fired at one target. You can only fire at one target per use. Every time you use this it has 5% chance to jam or 1% chance if you are proficient in firearms. If you are not proficient in firearms it takes a dc 15 intellegent check and an action to un-jam the weapon. If you are proficient in firearms you just need to take an action to un-jam it.
