A state-of-the-art piece of technomancy, a Morse Walkie-Talkie is a large black box with a red button and speaker on one side of it. Pressing the button causes a beeping noise to be emitted by a paired device. Devices can only be paired by a trained artificer or power mage. As the device uses a type of telepathy to transmit the signal, so any creature with telepathy within the device's transmission range can also hear the beeping.
