Moose Attack[edit]

A journal entry by Cassidy Braveheart, esteemed adventurer "We were visiting the professor because he wanted to show us something 'simply amazing'. He brought us into his dining room and told us to wait for a moment. We expected him to come back with a book, or a cart, or an artifact. We were surprised when the floodgates fell open, revealing 5 enraged moose bucks."

Mechanical Trap

Description

A false wall hides angry moose who can be unleashed on unknowing adventurers or unsuspecting dinner guests.

Trigger

This trap is rigged so that someone outside the room must activate it. This is to ensure it is not triggered to early as the moose are incredibly hard to wrangle.

Effect

The false wall falls revealing 5 Moose who charge the players. They have been underfed and are incredibly irritable

Countermeasures

A DC 15 Wisdom(Perception) check allows hearing the moose move around inside the room. A DC 12 Intelligence (Investigation) shows it is a false wall, hiding something behind it.
