elementals break free, and attack everything nearby. 3D6 elementals will be released, and the mill is destroyed. For every 1,000gp
of maintenance not paid, the size of the dice decreases:
 - Roll a D10 for only 4,000gp of maintenance paid
 - Roll a D8 for only 3,000gp of maintenance paid
 - Roll a D6 for only 2,000gp of maintenance paid
 - Roll a D4 for only 1,000gp of maintenance paid
 - If less than 1,000gp of maintenance is paid, then the elementals will definitely break free.
