Saving Throws Str +21, Dex +21, Con +21, Int +21, Wis +21, Cha +21 Adamantine Body. Metal Sonic treats any critical hit against him as if it were a normal hit. Enhanced Strength. Metal Sonic counts as two size larger when determining his carrying capacity and the weight he can push, drag, or lift. Additionally Metal Sonic has advantage on all Strength checks. Jet Booster. Metal Sonic can dash and disengage as a bonus action. Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Metal Sonic fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead. Magical Weapons. Metal Sonic's Attacks are magical. Sonic Speed. When Metal Sonic is subjected to an effect that allows him to make a saving throw to take only half damage, he instead take no damage if he succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if he fails. ACTIONSMultiattack. Metal Sonic can make two Unarmed Strikes. Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +20 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 30 (5d8 + 20) bludgeoning damage. Plasma Pulse Attack. Ranged Attack: +20 to hit, reach 60/120ft., one target. Hit: 50 (8d10 + 20) force damage. Ring Spark Field. As an action Metal Sonic unleashes a powerful electric field within a 30ft radius around him dealing 25d8 force damage. After using this ability Metal Sonic is speed is halved and all of his attacks have disavantage until the end of his next turn. Maximum Overdrive Attack (Recharge 4-6). As a full action Metal Sonic overloads his circuitry, causing blue sparks to emit from his body. Metal Sonic then forms an energy field around their body that ignores difficult terrain, barriers, and objects of Medium size or smaller while they shoot themselves forward in a line equal to four times Metal Sonic's speed, all creatures in Metal Sonic's path makes a DC30 dexterity saving throw dealing 50d10 force damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful save. After using this ability Metal Sonic receives 8d6 lightning damage and is stunned until the end of his next turn. REACTIONSBlack Shield. As a reaction, Metal Sonic crosses his arms and bends his legs slightly upward while hovering in the air, where he forms an octahedral energy shield with black outlines around him. While it is up, the Black Shield rotates around him at high speed while his own body glows in a multitude of white, blue and purple colors. While the Black Shield is active, Metal Sonic is immune to all damage but Metal Sonic is unable to move while the shield is active(This immunity cannot be negated). The shield lasts for 1 hour or until Metal Sonic deactivate it as a full action. LEGENDARY ACTIONSThe Metal Sonic can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Metal Sonic regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn. Neo Form (Costs 3 Actions). Metal Sonic transform into his Neo From increasing all his Ability Scores and AC by 5. Additionally he regains all uses of his legendary resistances and regains all of his lost hit points. This form last until Metal Sonic is killed. Copycat. While in his Neo Form Metal Sonic is able to copy the strongest attack of a creature that had gone before him in the turn order. Liquid Metal (Costs 2 Actions). While in his Neo Form Metal Sonic is able to cast true polymorph as a free action without any restrictions retaining his own statistics and all of his skill and saving throw proficiencies, in addition to gaining those of the creature he had polymorph into. |
Metal Sonic is the secondary antagonist of Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. He is a robotic version of Sonic the Hedgehog created by Dr. Eggman, and one of the second-in-commands of the Eggman Empire. Most of the time, Metal Sonic is Dr. Eggman's right-hand and completely obedient enforcer.
