Merrow's Song (Recharge 6). Any creatures of the merrow's choice within a 15 ft. cone centered on the merrow must attempt a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 2 (1d4) thunder damage and 2 (1d4) psychic damage, and are stunned until the end of your next turn.


Commoners are the lowest rank of merrow strength, gathering fish and living rather carefree lives in the seas of Baoighre.
