Memories of War
Prerequisites: Intelligence 18, Proficiency with simple weapons
After having seen many hard fought battle you have learned to draw on past experiences to control the battlefield. You gain the following.
You add your Intelligence modifier to your AC
As a reaction whenever you or a creature that you can see is hit with an attack you may add your Intelligence modifier to their AC until the start of their next turn. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your intelligence modifier (minimum of 1)
Alternatively you may reduce the AC of a creature you can see by a number equal to your intelligence modifier(minimum 1) until the start of its next turn. You may do this a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier per long rest.
