Master of the Open Hand

Prerequisites: none
Years of experience led you to attain knowledge of how to strike your enemies with your own body to cause the most harm, to exploit the flaws in their defences and to strike their pressure points. You gain the following benefits:

  • Your unarmed strikes and natural weapons count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.
  • Once on each of your turns, if you hit a creature or an object with an unarmed strike or a natural weapon, you can reduce its AC by 1 until the end of your next turn.
  • If you hit a creature or an object with an unarmed strike or a natural weapon, you can use your bonus action to force it to make Dexterity saving throw, with DC equal to 8 + your proficiency modifier + your Constitution modifier. If it fails this saving throw, it becomes vulnerable to the bludgeoning, slashing or piercing (your choice) damage of this attack for 1 minute. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier, and regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
