Master of Mounts (5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
Master of Mounts
Prerequisites: Dexterity or Wisdom 13 or higher
You can ride any type of mount with great ability. You gain the following benefits:
- You gain advantage on all checks and saving throws made to control, tame and avoid falling from a mount.
- When you are riding a mount and the mount is hit by an attack, you can use your reaction to add your proficiency bonus to the mount's AC, potentially causing the attack to miss.
- While mounted, whenever you or your mount are subjected to an effect that requires a Dexterity saving throw to reduce the damage to halve, you take half damage on a success or only half on a failure.
- Mounting or dismounting a creature costs you only 5 feet of movement, rather than half your speed.
