Manx[edit]

Physical Description[edit]

Manx's tend to were a hood up to cover up there scales all over there body. Scales similar to Lizard Folk. They are have dauntingly tall legs and short a short upper half and short arms so they normally range around 5-7 feet tall. They also have creepy Crocodile like heads that match there evil intents and looks. Females have normal heads males have the crocidile heads. It almost seems like they are some sortive demonic lizard human crossbread from the Underdark.

History[edit]

The Manx's are a cause of a giant lizard gorgan creature in the under dark ate humans while it was having kin so the kin came out as a twisted human lizard things and as they breed the children keep coming out as a Manx. The gorgan also had the ability to appearance shift so the ability of appearance shifting has been passed on.

Society[edit]

The M.F.S.S (Manx Funeral Service Society) Is bounty hunting services discised as funeral services. People place bountys on people then someone kills that person they give that person the money then they host a funeral for them and earn money from it. The M.F.S.S is really protective over there riches so they often build huge fortresses and hire gaurds to protect the fortress that has all there riches.

Female:The traditoinal names for Female Manx's from traditoin and pop culture are Raven,Sharlett,Mia,Mary,Charlie,Beccit common last names for females are Amanda,Crossing,Scrolding




Manx Traits[edit]

Lizard-like people with a great penchant for the arts of ne'er-do-wells
Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 2 and your Strength score increases by 1.
Age. Manx's mature around 40-60 years old and live to be up to 300 years old
Alignment. They tend to be more chaotic or evil and often end up joining assassin guilds.
Size. Manx's are really tall but have a short upper half and range to be around 5-7 feet and weigh around 150 pounds (110-200 pounds), so they are quite skinny.
Speed. There base walking speed is around 35 feet because their legs are longer and more slick.
Lizard Eyes. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.. However, you have disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks to see to anything more than 20 feet from you, as it just appears blurry.
Tools of the Assassin. You have proficiency with shortswords, light crossbows and daggers.
Greed. Manx's are really greedy and will almost do anything to get money. They know how to spot good deals and scams, as it is a disgrace for a manx to fall victim to a con. Whenever you make a Wisdom (Insight) check related to market prices, you are considered proficient in the Insight skill and add double your proficiency bonus to the check, instead of your normal proficiency bonus.
Appearance Shifter. Manx's can change there appearance solely to deceive people. As an action, you change your appearance. You determine the specifics of the changes, including your coloration, hair length, and sex. You cannot adjust your height and remain the same size. You can make yourself appear as a member of another race, though none of your game statistics change. You can't duplicate the appearance of an individual you've never seen, and you must adopt a form that has the same basic arrangement of limbs that you have. Your clothing and equipment aren't changed by this trait. You stay in the new form until you use an action to revert to your true form or until you die. You can use this trait a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all use when you finish a long rest.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write in Common, Draconic, and one other language of your choice
