Manifester Gloves[edit]
A combination of psionic material, electronic technology and arcane design. This pair of gloves are built and designed for the specific purpose of focusing and manifesting psionic energies that pass through the hands. On the hands of a psionic it magnifies their powers. For a non-psionic, it merely increases his/her driving ability. Both gloves must be worn for the effect to work.
