More information...

Lyei's appearance can vary greatly, and she can typically appear as anything at any time. Her most favored form is that of an attractive young woman, with blonde hair. Beyond that, there is a chance she may appear with fox ears atop her head, and a cluster of 6 fox tails behind her. She typically resides on the Material Plane, but is impossible to recognize when she takes a mortal guise. When not interacting with mortals, she typically resides within the Elemental Plane of Positive Energy.

Dogma[edit]

The followers of Lyei follow the core principals of love and happiness. Nothing is to stand in the way of true love. Lyei also encourages pranks and trickery, but will not tolerate pranks that are harmful to those that are pranked. She also favors gambling and games of chance, but does not tolerate those who cheat to gain money. Followers of Lyei who die of unnatural causes, such as poison, physical, magical, or disease, have the chance to be revived by Lyei if they uphold her principles, at the cost of a favor to Lyei.

Clergy and Temples[edit]

Temples of Lyei typically include a few small rooms for private meditation, a garden, and rooms available for little or no rent. Some temples will also include small gambling halls run by the priests. Clergy members are typically kind and welcoming to others. Clergy members will also often make performances or gamble to bring in nescessary revenue for the churches.
