From D&D Wiki
Linxoran[edit]
Alignment. Chaotic Evil
Domains. Death, Trickery
Divine Rank. Greater Deity
Linxoran is the Dragon God of Darkness and Envy, and holds power in the domains of Death and Trickery. His goals are for him to rule the cosmos, and he wishes for all to cower beneath the shadows of his wings. The perfect world is one where all things live in fear of him, a lightless world with a dark sun. Linxoran is the Abyssal Lord of Darkarius, the 1542nd layer of the Abyss. It is a realm of caves and lands pulled from various dead worlds. He resides in Icyli Chasm, a rent in the earth riddled with tunnels. In his true form, he appears to be a demonic Black Dragon standing upright. In his Dragonborn form, Linx, he is a normal Black Dragonborn with twin scimitars. Linxoran was born a Demigod, of the second generation of chromatic dragons born from Tiamat, the Dragon Goddess of Greed. He hates Bahamut, God of Justice, for trapping him in the Abyss, since Bahamut was unable to kill him. Bahamut despises Linxoran for stealing some of his divinity, and combining it with his Demigod and Demon Lord power to ascend to Greater status. Tiamat sees Linxoran as a rival to her power. He is worshiped by Elemental Dragons as their creator, as well as Chromatic Dragons and Kobolds. He is worshiped by various Evil Clerics, and is known to create Warlocks. His Favored weapon is the Scimitar, and his favored creatures are the Elemental Dragons, a nearly extinct species that are his children.
Story Hooks
- Linxoran has been freed from his ancient bonds, and seeks to complete his plans. Legends tell of an ancient chain, one with the power to chain a god. If found, it may be enough to bind him to the Abyss, forever.
