Like a Nephilim

Your body transforms, increasing by one size category (from Medium to Large), gaining proportions beyond the limits of your race. This growth changes how you interact with the world and your equipment.

  • Your size is considered Large for all purposes — including height, appearance, weapon handling, and environmental interaction.
  • You gain +1 to Strength or +1 to Constitution, to a maximum of 20 in either.
  • You have disadvantage on Stealth checks and take an additional -3 penalty to Stealth due to your massive and noticeable frame.
  • All items already in your inventory when you gain this feat are automatically adjusted to your new size. This does not increase container capacity, liquid volume, or the number of valuable items you can store.
  • You can only use weapons that are at least Large-sized, or versatile weapons that could normally be wielded with two hands — but you can now wield them with only one hand.
  • You can use weapons larger than Large (such as Huge or Gargantuan) without penalties if you are proficient with them.
  • Weapons smaller than Large are awkward and ineffective for you and cannot be used properly.
  • Armor, clothing, and gear must be specially crafted or resized to suit your new size.
  • You have resistance to exhaustion and disease.
  • You do not gain resistance if the source of the condition is a consumable item or substance that grants more beneficial effects than harmful ones and that you used yourself.
  • When you move, you gain +20 feet of movement during your turn, in addition to your regular speed.

This feat represents a supernatural mutation or magical transformation that pushes your body to a new tier of physical greatness, bringing immense benefits and practical challenges.
